Jill Hoff - Studio Owner / Head Instructor
Jill launched Calistoga Pilates in 1998, and has been teaching mind-body fitness ever since. Her educational background includes PhysicalMind Institute, Polestar Pilates, Pilates Method Alliance, Nia (Black Belt Certified), as well as extensive studies in Yoga and various other movement modalities. Jill tailors her instruction to the person or group she is working with, and finds joy in helping her clients feel better and move more freely.

Freya Morgan - Pilates Instructor
Freya has experienced the benefits of Pilates firsthand, which has motivated and guided her to turn this passion into a career. Freya received her comprehensive Pilates certification at the Equinox Pilates Institute. She enjoys working with all bodies and feels strongly that Pilates may be customized for everyone. Originally from British Columbia, Freya spent her youth hiking, skiing and exploring the beautiful backcountry of Northern Canada. Having spent the past thirty years in California she is proud to call Northern California her home.

Susan Fickinger - Pilates Instructor
Susan was first introduced to the Pilates Method in 1995. After a decade of practice and progressing to the advanced classical level, Susan was inspired to become a teacher herself and received certifications on all the apparatus from Power Pilates in New York City. In 2008, she opened a Pilates and yoga studio in Bernardsville, New Jersey, teaching to students of all ages and fitness levels. In 2014, she relocated to the Bay Area with her family, and sold the studio in 2017. Today, Susan continues to enjoy the art of teaching Pilates in the classical style she studied in New York. In addition to being a Pilates instructor, she is a yoga and meditation teacher, an Ayurveda health coach, and founder of Wise Soul Ayurveda, a wellness coaching and retreats company. She and her husband live in Calistoga and can’t think of a nicer place to be.

Katie Clancy - Pilates Instructor
Katie has practiced Pilates since 2005, when she met her mentor, First Generation Teacher Kathy Grant, while majoring in Dance at Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. A registered Pilates Method Alliance teacher, Katie has studied with many Pilates Masters in her 18 years of teaching--Cara Reeser, Kelly Kane, Blossom Leilani Crawford, and Lana Halverson to name a few.
She studied Klein technique, Body Mind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Butoh Dance, and Contact Improvisation. She’s certified in Traumatic Release Exercises, and is a certified somatic coach through Susan Aposhyan’s BodyMind Psychotherapy Certification. In 2020 she completed Gil Hedley’s 8-day Integral Anatomy Dissection Course. Katie has also been practicing yoga for 25 years.
